Since starting my business in 2005, I have worked with numerous cultural institutions and private individuals throughout the Baltimore and Washington D.C. areas and beyond. I earned an M.S. from the Winterthur/University of Delaware Program in Art Conservation (WUDPAC), specializing in objects conservation, and gained additional training and experience at the Walters Art Museum, the Arizona State Museum, the National Park Service, the Smithsonian Museum Conservation Institute, and the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian.
I work on a wide range of materials and am particularly interested in the ethical and philosophical issues of art conservation. Committed to education and outreach, I have taught conservation and collections care classes at WUDPAC, Towson University, and the Corcoran College of Art + Design. I combine a strong work ethic and high degree of professionalism with a caring approach and easy-going nature.
