Yeshe is a licensed clinical social worker and holds a Master's in Social Work from New York University. She is Certified in Thanatology (CT), acknowledging expertise in working with the dying and bereaved. Yeshe completed Karuna Training, a three year course in Buddhist Psychology from the Upaya Institute. She has been practicing and studying Buddhism and meditation for over 20 years and is a teacher in the Shambhala Buddhist Tradition. Yeshe specializes in Buddhist Psychology, Grief and Loss, Attachment Theory, Expressive Therapies and Client-Centered Psychotherapy. She offers workshops on topics of Buddhist Psychology, compassionate communication, stress management, and grief and loss.
